Q: I just placed my order. When should I expect my meals to arrive?

You can now schedule your delivery with our new Appointment book, otherwise, you‘ll receive a delivery confirmation within 2-3 hours via email or text message. Reply to us your selected delivery time/day and then relax while we shop, prep, and deliver your meals fresh to your doorstep.

Q: How long will my meals last before they expire?

ANSWER: Our meals are prepped 100% fresh the day of delivery. When stored in a properly cooled refrigerator, meals can last between 4-6 days.  (We do not recommend consuming meals past the 7th day. *Please consume at your own risk*)   

Q: I Live in Las Vegas. Can I come pick up my order?

ANSWER: We hope to open our doors to the public in the very near future! Until then, our commissary kitchen is only used to prep and distribute meals via delivery service.

Q: Heating instructions?

ANSWER: Remove any sauce containers inside of your meal prep. Heat in microwave for 90 seconds. Stir well and heat again for 30 seconds. Taste test for your preferred temperature and enjoy! 

Q: Do you accomadate for allergies?

ANSWER: Yes! We create meals that are perfect for you and your lifestyle. If you have any allergies or special requests, there's a fill in box option available with each meal. You can simply make a note to our prep chef to add or subtract an item or ingredient. (ex: peanut allergy, gluten free, lactose, no oil, no added salt, no seasonings, no broccoli sub carrots)

Q: Where is the Nutrition info?

ANSWER: Since meals are fully customized by the individual, the nutrition infomation varies. We have added a nutrition info section for you to estimate your calories and macronutrients.
